Women’s Health revisited

Our staff appreciates the complex function of the pelvic floor and related orthopedic neuromuscular Systems. These are combined to determine the neuromusculoskeletal source of the pelvic floor dysfunction utilizing the Gary Gray Institute principles.

We do not perform internal assessments, nor will we provide internal based treatments.

We provide a spinal and comprehensive external pelvic floor assessment

utilizing an evidence based orthopedic manual physical therapy philosophy

(North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy).

This will result in a comprehensive evaluation to determine

whether the pelvic dysfunction is the result or the cause of the problem.

The focus of our treatment is no longer just Kegel exercises, we believe

that many more structures should be involved in the protocol.

We offer a functional 3D exercise program based on evidence-based research.

Our goal is to reactivate the neuromuscular synergy of the pelvic floor to load

and train the many muscle groups that assist the pelvic floor function.

Our staff is certified through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy and the Gary Gray Institute.
